Where can I see your framed prints in person?

What is the process for printing & framing?

  • Each print is printed with the assistance of a high-end professional photography printer, who helps John get the best possible result for all his images.

  • All prints are printed on Canson Baryta Photographique 310GSM pure white satin paper, which is a museum grade and acid-free paper that will last for a lifetime.

  • Each frame is hand crafted and framed by a professional framer in Australia.

  • John oversees every step himself to ensure sure you receive the highest quality framed print.

How long does it take for my framed print to be made?

  • All framed prints are custom printed and framed per order. The process can take between 2-3 weeks maximum.

Do you sell prints only?

  • At this stage all prints are available as framed prints only.

  • Each frame is individually curated and selected for each specific print and completes the final product.

What is Art Glass?

  • Art Glass is fine glass that has zero reflection.

Can I order a framed print that isn’t available on your store?

  • Yes, you can select a print image from my gallery. Please contact directly for further information.

Shipping & Returns

What is the delivery cost and time?

  • Domestic Australia:

    • Cost: $50 aud

    • Delivery time: via courier up to 7 days.

  • International:

    • Please contact directly for pricing.

How are the frames delivered?

  • All framed prints will be carefully and meticulously packed and sent by courier.

Returns & Exchange policy

  • We are happy to offer an exchange or return on all framed prints.

  • To be eligible, framed prints must be returned and received within 7 days of delivery in brand new condition.

  • Returns payment will be refunded via the original payment method.

  • Returns and exchanges shipping cost is at the expense of the purchaser.
